Water adhesive glue Relyon®5550 is a two-component water-based polyurethane automotive interior adhesive. It contains no organic solvents and causes no pollution. It can replace traditional solvent-based products. It is mainly applied to automotive roofs, door panels, armrests, instrument panels, decorative parts, etc. It is suitable for bonding between soft substrates such as PVC, fabrics, non-woven sponge, foamed materials and materials such as ABS, fiberboard, and treated PP. It is suitable for vacuum blistering, hot pressing lamination, and manual wrapping processes.

FÖRSIKTIGHETSÅTGÄRDER
- Före användning måste den blandas och omröras jämnt med det vattenbaserade härdningsmedlet . Curing Agent måste användas inom 4 timmar efter att det har lagts till . Om det inte används helt, får det inte hällas tillbaka i det ursprungliga limet .}
- Substratets yta måste vara ren och platt innan du använder .
- Öppetiden kommer att förkortas när temperaturen stiger .

LAGRING
The shelf life of this product is six months from the production date. Performance evaluation must be carried out before use if the product exceeds the shelf life. The storage temperature of this product should be between 5 - 35℃. Temperatures below 5℃may cause an increase in product viscosity or irreversible damage.
